Everybody and every body! Each fitness class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.

How It Works

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

It’s is my full-time career and I love what I do. I am beyond blessed to be able to leap out of bed every day pumped and excited for my “work” day!

I became an instructor to inspire others to fall in love with this program just as I did, and to demonstrate that ANYONE can (and should) dance!
